We favor fresh products, and offer a generous and tasty cuisine. We guarantee real traceability of our products, which come exclusively from neighboring local operators, Italian and French. Fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and fish are delivered daily by meticulously selected suppliers.

 

The chef and his team combine their know-how, their technique and their love of Mediterranean gastronomy, to offer our customers a gourmet culinary experience.


The Sans Souci is an institution much appreciated by Monegasque residents and passing visitors who have been frequenting it for more than four decades. A great longevity for a restaurant that has known four families of owners since its creation.


The establishment has been run since 2011 by the "La Guardia" group, owner of several restaurants in the Principality (Bella Vita, Jack and Pulcinella)


The master of the place, Massimo Dario La Guardia is a figure in the Monegasque gastronomic landscape. However, he was not destined to make a career in the restaurant business! Massimo Dario was indeed an opera singer and this recognized tenor was decorated with the Order of the Star of Italy.
